We are sorry that the need has arisen for you to return your purchase to us. If there is anything we can do to assist you with your purchase, please give us a call toll-free at 1-800-658-6855 and one of our friendly staff members will be more than glad to work with you in regards to your purchase.

  • For fastest service, please read the following return directions and complete the form below.
     

  • All items may be returned for refund up to 45 days from the original date of purchase.
     

    • Merchandise returned after 45 days from original date of purchase will be issued a store credit only that may be used at any of the above listed websites. (see exception below)
       

    • Merchandise returned after 60 days will not be accepted. (see exception below)

     

    • Return times will be extended for purchases made from November 15th through December 31st. Purchases made during this time period may be returned up to February 15th of the following year.

     

  • Please test wear your items on a carpeted surface, altered or worn items may not be returned.  All returns must include the original boot box. Please do not ship directly in the boot box or affix labels or postage directly to the boot box. It is suggested that the boot box be wrapped in brown paper or other suitable material prior to shipping. Items returned without the original boot box or in a damaged boot box are subject to a $10.00 re-boxing fee. (This fee is charged to us by the respective manufactures and is not a fee imposed by us).
     

  • For credit card purchases, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card bill.
     

  • All boot returns must be sent to:
